A man who fell overboard from his boat while on a solo fishing trip in New Zealand was rescued after nearly 24 hours at sea.
The man used his watch to reflect the sun and alert his rescuers. He endured a cold night in the ocean and encountered a shark.
The man had attempted to swim to the Alderman Islands but became exhausted and was dragged further away by currents.
Three fishermen noticed the reflection on the water and rescued him. Police called it an "absolute miracle" that he survived.
