San Francisco County has been ranked as the fourth-healthiest county in the United States, according to a study by Velotric.
The study compared the 99 most-populated counties in the country across various health categories.
San Francisco has the lowest obesity rate of any of the counties, with only 19% of residents classified as obese.
The county also ranked highly in physical activity level, "gym near me" search volume, smoking/drinking, food health, and rate of adults who consider themselves to be in poor health.
All five Bay Area counties included in the study were in the top half for health.
