"Pedro wakes up at the crack of dawn to do his job which most people do. BUT he is a tech for a big company on the service desk and gets so many calls from Drs and employees when their computers don't work and sometimes Drs can't perform surgery without his help! He's gotten calls mid procedure it is crazy. He is truly a hero.Even in the community; Yesterday we went to the store and an elderly man looked super confused and lost in the rain with his walker. He was almost walking into traffic and then turned around back to the parking lot. Pedro went and helped him walk back to the store where his ride was supposed to meet him. Pedro held his umbrella over the elderly man and his walker. He was talking kindly to the man and made him laugh and feel loved and valued."
