Michael Keaton is set to reprise his iconic role as Beetlejuice in the long-awaited Tim Burton sequel.
The teaser trailer, released by Warner Bros., features Keaton alongside Catherine O’Hara and Winona Ryder, with newcomer Jenna Ortega playing Lydia’s daughter.
The trailer, set to a haunting cover of “Day O,” hints at Beetlejuice’s resurrection as Astrid discovers a figurine of the town where he hung out.
Keaton praised Ortega’s performance, describing her as a perfect fit for the cast. Ortega expressed excitement for the film, calling the experience incredible and eagerly anticipating its release.
Beetlejuice Beetlejuice arrives in theaters in September.
