Pop Stars Speak Out Against AI in Music in Open Letter to Developers

More than 200 artists, including Sam Smith, Smokey Robinson, Stevie Wonder and more have signed an open letter by the Artists Rights Alliance, expressing their concerns about the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in music creation.

The letter calls on AI developers and technology companies to cease using AI to devalue the rights of human artists.

Other signatories include Katy Perry, Billie Eilish, Miranda Lambert, Billy Porter, Brothers Osborne, Camila Cabello, and many more.
