"Rico, our letter carrier, is a model employee for the Postal Service. Rico is always on time with our letter and package deliveries. On the days he is unavailable for his regular route he is sorely missed. Those days sometimes turn into undelivered mail days. Rico deserves to be recognized for his outstanding work ethics."
