Congratulations to Steve W. in Burlingame! He is this week's Morning Breeze Person of the Week!
Steve was nominated by his sister-in-law Donna, who wrote:
"My brother-in-law Steve West is an amazing man. My siblings and I call him Saint Stephen and our superhero. For 15 years he took the most loving amazing care of our oldest sister Rosie, who had early onset Alzheimer’s. They were high school sweethearts And were married for almost 50 years. For 15 years, he kept her at home, loving her, cooking, fabulous meals, making sure she was always comfortable and never complaining. He did have care providers during the week while he was working he took care of her in the evenings and on weekends. It was a true show of love and loyalty which our family will never forget Rosie passed away last March at home, surrounded by her loving family."
Steve will receive Brunch for 2 around the Bay on City Cruises.
