Marta González, a former prima ballerina, died last year but a video of her reliving “Swan Lake” has gone Viral. In the clip you can see a frail Marta who suffers from Alzheimer’s listening to the music of Swan Lake in her head phones and she begins to move.
The video originated from Asociacion Musica para Despertar, a Spanish organization that uses music to help dementia patients’ mood and memory.
Martha passed in 2019 due to Alzheimer’s she was a New York City ballet dancer during the 1960s in the New York Ballet.
