"Mahesh, a San Jose local for over twenty years, selflessly and daily has devoted his time and life to help reverse the global mental health and addiction epidemic. He developed a holistic therapy modality in conjunction with traditional therapy, entitled Heal, to help those receiving mental health services in the Behavioral Health Department. He devotes his time daily to offer free meditations everyday 7 days a week since the onset of the pandemic. He is singlehandedly making a difference in our mental health crisis. He is such a powerful and kind person who definitely deserves to be recognized as the Morning Breeze Person of the Week!"
