“Just need a prayer.” This simple request came from a woman living out her car in Arlington, Texas, after police stopped her for an unreadable temporary vehicle tag. “Oh, we can hook you up with that! We got you!” Officer Urlacher said before leading a prayer. The officers also provided her with information on food and housing.
