The Bay Area among the Few to Enjoy the McDonalds McPlant next Month

McDonald's is expanding the Plant, their plant-based sandwich, to 600 locations in the San Francisco Bay area and Dallas beginning on February 14th.

The sandwich was created in conjunction with Beyond Meat and tested in eight locations in November.

The McPlant is made from plant-based ingredients like peas, rice and potatoes.

The sandwich is served with tomato, lettuce, pickles, onions, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and a slice of American cheese on a sesame seed bun.

How do you feel about fast food restaurants with healthy options on their menu but cooked on the same grill as their other foods?
