About 40 Celtics Players and Coaches had dinner at Kokkari Estiatorio on Sunday night, ahead of Game 5 at the Chase Center against the Warriors.
Named after a small fishing village on the island of Samos in the Aegean Sea in Greece, Kokkari is the sister restaurant to acclaimed Evvia Estiatorio in Palo Alto, California.
Commissioner Adam Silver and ESPN host Stephen A. Smith has had dinner there when the Finals were in San Francisco last week. NBA teams in town to play the Warriors, maybe they're being treated too well. Players and coaches from the Nuggets, Grizzlies and Mavericks all ate there before losing their series against the Warriors in the Western Conference playoffs.
